Perfect size for serving vegetables , rice, sides and also pasta, very rare to find it with serving ladle.

In excellent vintage condition. Ladle has few loss of gold but still a beautiful very rare piece for serving.

No chips, cracks or flaws that I can see.
Marked on back. With the mark red. From 1900 to 1941 the color was standardised to red.

CH Field Haviland History Synopsis

"Charles Field Haviland left America for Limoges in the early 1850s to work originally for his uncle, David Haviland founder of Haviland and Company and rented a porcelain factory in partnership with his father and brother. Subsequently he opened his own decorating studio for porcelain to export items to the US and in 1868 purchased a porcelain manufacturing company.

He married the granddaughter of Francois Alluaud and later took control of the Alluaud porcelain factory, one of the oldest Limoges factories. Charles Field retired in 1881 and the company became known as Gerard, Dufraisseix and Morel using the white ware mark GDM. The partners changed around 1890 and the company was subsequently called - Gerard and Dufraisseix and eventually Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot (mark GDA).

They still trade today as Porcelaine GDA-Royal Limoges but of course the CH Field Haviland mark now belongs to Robert Haviland and C. Parlon

Robert Haviland and C. Parlon have been using this mark since 1941 when it purchased the mark from a company called Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot which was derived from the original Charles Field Haviland company. Robert Haviland was the grandson of Charles Field Haviland."

Shipping Delays

Our shop is not responsable for any delay on arrival dates from your parcel, from the post office or another carrier.
Please inspect and report any damages within 3 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging should there be an issue.

Returns and exchange details

I do not accept returns based on size issues. Contact me within 2 days of delivery if there is some other issue with your order.

If we agree that there is a reason for a return, we require that it be posted promptly following our convo. If the item is returned beyond one week following our convo, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted. This amount will increase by 10% for each successive week.

The item must be returned by Post with tracking numbe with all of its ORIGINAL PACKAGING including any bubble wrap, gift bag or box, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the SAME CONDITION as when it was shipped to you and not altered in any way. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible

Gift wrapping and packaging

I try to use recycled and eco-friendly packaging as much as possible, while still keeping your product safe and intact during shipping. In the case that your fragile item needs more protection, I make sure to use 100% biodegradable packing peanuts.
